Some batteries may be fully dead meaning that any battery testing for that battery would not be accurate therefore our company only delivers and installs upon the customer request. At the time of contact with our company we expect that a due diligence to confirm whether or not you want the battery service has been confirmed. All appointments will be secured at time of booking. At the time of purchase you will be given a battery brochure containing all of the warranty info this also includes the roadside assistance instructions (this is not provided by our company). This brochure will also have the refund instructions and restrictions that come with the battery from the manufacturer. First 90 days

In the first 90 days of service if you have issues with a dead battery we will come out and check the battery free of charge. If the battery is dead as a result of a customer fault such as leaving a light on or leaving a car door open or any other reason that may cause the battery to be dead that is not a direct result of a bad battery you will be charged a service fee. If our battery is bad we have no problem replacing the battery under the warranty. After the 90 days if a warranty battery has an issue you may call us and we will replace it for a labor fee.
